Level Up 2" Front & 2" Rear Lift Kit [23+ Colorado]

I really like the company and the product but definitely some hiccups with the experience. I ordered a 2in level kit for my truck which was purchased on 27 feb and didn’t arrive until 16 march. Then I find out it’s missing two pieces, although the customer service was amazing and resolved the issue very fast it made me optimistic when they rushed the missing parts through a 2 day priority air, but that was also that same Monday 16 march and wasn’t dropped of at the carrier to ship until another two days later, but now being 19 march and showing no signs of being close to delivered my way I am now feeling let down again with the timing as it looks like another weekend that’ll pass without being able to install for something I purchased almost a month ago. I want to love the brand but this is definitely not a super fun first experience. Product seems to be great quality though.
