We have worked diligently through multiple iterations to reach this point. The final product is a proprietary seal, as well as the addition of a wiper. The seal package ensures dirt stays out of the seal and has the best performance. A new custom seal head was designed to house these parts and will allow future rebuilds. To be clear this is not the replacement of the stock seals but a vastly improved upgrade.

Core exchange is available! We will send you a set of freshly rebuilt shocks and you send your used dampers back for the next person! Core charge is $150 per shock to be refunded upon receipt of the old cores.
Note customer is responsible for shipping both ways.
Please clean shocks before sending. Dirty shocks will be an extra $25 per shock cleaning fee.

I have yet to be let down by level up and their service, i received my replacement rear shocks, boots preinstalled, and was able to ship my cores back right away in the same box. Highly recommend if you are looking to not spend the money for aftermarket shocks but want to keep a good ride!
Glad you guys are available for rebuilds!! Process worked well with good product. Had to buy a clamshell spring compressor for my 2020 Colorado ZR2 but made easy work of it. The rebuilt DSSV shocks perform like originals and got the rubber boots and seal savers for some extra protection. Time will tell, hope to get +50K on these like the originals.

This is a relatively new (about a year or so at the time of this review) process and for the price, having 2 shocks rebuilt to like new performance for less than the price of 1 DSSV shock, brand new off the shelf, is awesome!
Used them for rebuild of my rear shocks, have had them installed for a month or so now, and they feel just like new. I appreciate the option of dust boots, something these DSSVs never came with from the factory, as a means of extending their life and when my front shocks are ready, I plan to have them rebuilt as well. Great service and I hope to use it as often as needed!
