Manufactured by Deaver Springs, these Add-a-leafs are the perfect way to support additional rear weight. We include Teflon tip liners on all our add-a-leaf kits. The Teflon tip liners help reduce friction induced drag and increase spring flex and articulation !! Now you can get the lift you need plus additional 750 lbs. carrying capacity. Does not increase GVWR. 

The kit takes approximately 2 hours to install and requires no special tools. The rear add-a-leaf kit simply bolts between your bottom overload leaf and factory # 2 leaf. This kit will raise your rear 1 to 1-1/2″ inches over stock height, unloaded.

2026 Colorado ZR2 here. SmartCap EVOa, OVS 270-degree HD LTE awning, 4 gallons of water, random stuff/tools/air compressor on/in the bed at all times. I bought the AAL kit more to regain my bed height and not sag w/ camping gear in the bed. But man, I forgot how plush the factory ride was and how little body roll I had. With the AAL kit in, I immediately felt the ride quality improve. Even my 5-year-old son noticed the truck wobbled less when swinging into the driveway. Gained about an inch w/ my setup. I did purchase the extended U-bolts and zipped about an inch off the ends after installation. Great kit and so worth it.

Perfect Fit

Needed to raise up the back of the truck it’s a little due to extra weight. This was a simple install and the truck is back level and rides super smooth! Very happy with this AAL!

Awesome and worth it!

I have a RTT camper on my 2026 Trail Boss and when fully loaded up with water and power station, etc, it’s around 700lbs. The add-a-leaf perfectly balanced out the load! Rides like factory even when fully loaded and sits maybe about 1” higher. I paired the kit with Eibach’s 2.0 reservoir shocks and front coilovers and WOW. Truck rides better than stock and feels even more stable even while having my 700lb camper on the rear. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because there is zero instructions from Level Up on the install. That being said, there are some others online that have posted installs and honestly any add-a-leaf install video will be 90-95% identical. It’s a very simple process for anyone with mechanical inclination, a floor jack, at least 1 (I’d recommend 2) jack stands tall enough to support the frame, and basic hand tools. Took me about 3hrs working totally solo in my driveway, and most of the time was taken up by re-torquing versus the actual install.

Deaver AAL

I got the deaver AAL for my 2016 Colorado w/the 2.8 Duramax. Install myself, install is a mild-moderate DIY project. I also installed the Eibach Pro Truck stage 2 shocks on the rear. The Deaver AAL pair well with the shocks. Definitely improved my ride, not to stiff not to loose.
