The factory spring perches on these trucks are short and prone to deforming under heavy loads causing the axle to twist or wrap the leaf springs. The ESP kit fits over the factory perches with a design that is roughly twice the length, helping reduce axle wrap by spreading the load out on the leaf spring while improving durability, with no cutting required.
This kit also replaces the factory ZR2 lift block and includes a U-bolt flip kit, improving ground clearance and providing a stronger, more secure mounting setup.
Want to run bigger tires? These new spring perches also move the rear axle back around 3/8 of an inch to prevent larger tires from rubbing the front edge of the bed, with no body trimming required.
Reuse your factory bump stop or upgrade to the Timbren offroad bumpstop (ABSOSR).
This kit is available in two sizes:
- 0–1" | Offers no lift for ZR2 and 1" of lift for non-ZR2 trucks
- 1–2" | Offers 1" of lift for ZR2 and 2" of lift for non-ZR2 trucks
